Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities
  • Develop monthly campaign strategy with content team that aligns with the digital communications objectives of the clients.
  • Create briefs based on client's briefing.
  • Manage posting and tracking of social media pages of the clients handled.
  • Work with the strategy and creative team to deliver client briefs and monthly content strategy.
  • Generate engaging content for social media communications campaigns of our clients.
  • Ensure brand consistency by complying with client brand guidelines and internal hygiene standards of client.
  • Keep content team on-board with a content calendar and monthly reporting. Plan the calendar ahead.
  • Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection).
  • Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of audience.
  • Maintain a tracker of activities, participate in client brief meetings and prepare reports for monthly review meetings or campaign review reports.
  • Vendor management across digital marketing activities like paid media, website, app development and live amplification.
  • Billing and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with other verticals and brainstorm on proactive ideation to upsell, cross-sell other offerings of client.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2-5 years in a client servicing role for social media marketing for large brands.
  • Verifiable experience with MS Office tools.
  • Process-driven approach and time-management skills.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Marketing.
