HR Generalist

Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment: Sourcing resumes from online portals, shortlisting candidates Conducting first round of telephonic interview, and fixing final round of interview with Directors. Responsible for Salary negotiations, closing and follow up of prospective candidates.
  2. Onboarding: Responsible for collecting joining documents from the new comers, issuing offer letters, non- disclosure agreement, ID cards, email ids. Arranging for workspace etc.
  3. Attendance handling: Checking with staffs regarding leave and late coming and taking disciplinary actions accordingly.
  4. Attending & arranging online daily morning meetings, taking updates from Directors.
  5. Database handling: Maintaining and Updating the employee records and proper documentation of all company policies and communication thereof.
  6. Grievance handling: Talk to employees regarding any issues regarding performance reviews, salary increment and negotiations.
  7. Planning and arranging for employee recreational activities as and when required and motivate them.
  8. Responsible for any programmes or activities arranged by the Organisation.
  9. Responsible for conducting employee exit interviews and documentation of the same.
  10. Drafting and Implementing HR policies as and when the need arises in the Company.
  11. Registration, Implementation and Calculation of PF, Insurance, ESI etc.
  12. Responsible for conducting Employee Engagement Activities.
  13. Responsible for maintaining Employee Discipline and Employee Disciplinary action.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with respect to Hindi, English, Kannada. Knowledge of other local languages is an added advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
